Toshiki says that Japanese women were different from American girls and ladies from other western countries, and when he was younger, he wondered why so many American guys wanted to start relationships with them.
Now, however, he understands how it works, and though the western world always seemed attractive to him, he also realizes why Asian values seem attractive to Americans, especially those who are looking for a spouse.
